摘􀀁 􀀁 􀀁 要: 以AMESim 为平台, 采用模块化的设计方法, 分别建立航空发动机、传感器、燃油系统、电子控
制器和执行机构数学模型. 将模块封装打包建立涡扇发动机控制系统模型库, 并将之组成为完整的发动机及
调节器系统综合仿真平台. 以主燃油控制系统为例, 介绍了各仿真模块的建立过程, 仿真结果表明, 系统模型
能反映各子系统之间的复杂集成和耦合关系, 利用系统模型仿真进行组合优化能够有效提高系统性能.

Abstract: Based on the AMESim simulat ion environment, a turbofan engine contro l
system simulat ion platform w as dev elo ped. Using the mo dular izat ion mo deling method, the
system w as subdivided into dif ferent subsy stems, such us sensors, fuel sy stem, elect ronic
cont roller, actuators and the engine it self . Every module w as built , tested and encapsula􀀁
ted into the aero􀀁eng ine cont ro l sy stem mo dule library. With the module library, the eng ine
system model co uld be established easily . Taking main fuel contr ol system, for example,
the modularity modeling methods w as descr ibed. T he result s show that system mo del can
ref lect the complex integr at ion and coupling of subsy stem. Combinato rial opt imizat ion using
system model can impr ove the sy stem capability.

摘 要:某型涡扇发动机的机械液压控制系统实现了复杂的加速控制规律。为了深入分析该自动加
速器特性,使用AMESim 和Simulink 建立了该自动加速器的联合仿真模型,并验证了仿真模型的正
确性,且具有较高的精度。在此基础上分析了影响自动加速器性能的可调部件,仿真结果显示了这些部
件的参数调整对自动加速器加速特性曲线的影响。结论为该机械液压控制器的改进改型提供依据。

Simulation and Analysis of Turbofan Engine Accelerator

Abstract: A turbofan engine hydro-mechanical control system performs complex accelerating control law. In order to
analyze the performance of the accelerator, the co-simulation model based AMESim and Simulink was established and the
correctness of the model was verified, simulation results indicate the model has high precision. Some components’ impact on
accelerator was emphatically analyzed and the changes on acceleration characteristic by adjusting component parameter
were displayed. The conclusions of the paper provide evidence for the improvement and modification of the hydromechanical
control system.

航空发动机燃油分布器故障分析与参数优化*

摘要: 燃油分布器对供给发动机的燃油流量进行调节,进而改变发动机的转子转速、涡轮前温度等状态参
数,它的工作特性也影响着发动机的加速性、稳定性等性能参数。在发动机地面台架试车过程中,发动机出现了
转速下掉的故障,初步认为是燃油分布器工作不正常导致的。在对该型燃油分布器工作原理分析的基础上,利用
AMESim 软件构建相应的仿真模型,再现了工程实践中出现的发动机转速掉转的故障现象,分析并对其结构参数进
行了优化。仿真结果为排故、系统的性能了解和改善提供了技术依据,本项研究已经成功应用于工程实践。

Failure analysis and parameter optimization for fuel
distributor for aeroengine

Abstract: Fuel distributor adjusts the supply of engine fuel flow. Thereby,it affects such state parameters of the aeroengine
as rotor speed,turbine inlet total temperature,etc. and its operating characteristics also affect the engine speed,stability
and other performance parameters of aeroengine. It occurred that certain engine speed swung in the ground test bed
process. The reason for which was due to the fuel distributor not working properly in preliminary view. Based on the analysis
of working principle of this type of fuel distributor,the corresponding simulation model in the software AMESim was built to reproduce
the phenomena of engine speed swing appearing while in use,analyze the cause for faults and optimize the parameters
of its structure. The simulation results provide the technical basis for troubleshooting,understanding and improving the performance
of the system,and this study has been successfully applied to engineering practice.
