Oil leaving the unloader valve for the steering circuit goes to the bleeddown manifold. The bleeddown manifold supplies oil to the steering accumulators
and the steering control valve via the flow amplifier.

看字面意思可能是油通过减压阀后再通过节流模块，相当于是个调速的过程吧
