管路防爆阀，欧洲要求挖掘机大臂管子破裂时，下降的速度要在安全范围内。

ISO 8643:1988
Excavators, with lifting devices for >1000 kg of load, needs a safety system on the boom cylinders.
The load speed (< 200 mm/s) may double itself with hose burst maximally.
The drop rate of the load shall not exceed 10 mm/s.
The operation of the device shall not detract from the normal response and stability.
The valve has to be fitted directly on the cylinder – without hose

大臂保持阀，你可以网上搜搜，比平衡阀多集成了溢流阀和先导阀芯，功能差不多。

应该是防爆阀，挖机调速都是用阀芯，很少用平衡阀，
