电磁阀的切换时候声音很大，影响阀的性能么？

在投入使用的时候，阀块上有一个电磁阀的切换声音很大，几乎跟敲桌子敲门的声音似的，这样的声音正常么？

we confirm that an intense noise is normal and therefore ok..

Following should be considered:

· The noise level of valves itself could vary due to tolerances

1、根据公差范围，阀的声音会有上下波动。

· It is possible that noise is increased by installation method

2、有可能由于安装的方法而造成阀的声音变大

· Low environmental noise due to low speed of train in relation to valve noise gives a different noise feeling

3、由于列车运行速度慢，环境噪音小，这样可使阀的声音有不同的感受。

· With passengers the noise feeling will be different

4、乘客对该声音的敏感度会不同

不正常啊和厂家的售后沟通一下吧

和阀本身设计有关系的
换个品牌试试
要是电液换向阀的话
有些可以在中座和面阀中间叠加一个类似节流阀的
这样中座换向声音就小很多

可能是电磁铁推杆有问题，可能是断了一小节，动能损耗产生撞击声。
