| 任职要求: |
• Engineering Degree
• Strong technical background with product testing experiences a plus.
• Experience in automotive hydraulics engineering or quality
• Experience in rubber component manufacturing and engineering
• Fluent in Mandarin, and English
• Willing to spend 1-2 months in North America initially to learn company testing and approval specifications.
• Able to travel extensively ongoing within Asia and as needed to North America
• Must be able to obtain visas to visit US, Mexico, and Taiwan |
| 工作职责: |
• Support Engineering staff in North America on Hydraulics (wheel cylinder, master cylinder, brake hose, etc), Calipers, and Rubber and Rubber components (or other products as defined by company).
• Validate suppliers of these commodities.
• Audit and observe vendor testing procedures ensure they meet or exceed those required by company.
• Trouble shoot quality issues/failures
• Validate new products, materials, compounds, etc.
• Audit and observe vendor testing procedures.
• Support other engineering/sourcing requirements, quality issues, etc, as required.
• Report and track project status. Be project gate keeper. |
