It measures the pressure drop from P->A and A->T with pressure sensor on the A port. The leakage through the valve causes the pressure drop. There is also a pressure sensor on the B port to measure the pressure drop from P->B and B->T. The A and B ports are blocked by the pressure sensors. There is no pressurized volume of oil that must be controlled. The pressure gain curve is used for accurate modeling of the valve but has little effect on closed loop control. Real pressure control involves many more factors like the oil moving into or out of the volume of oil under compression and whether the piston is changing the volume of oil under compression. 用零遮盖当然可以,但没必要,用负遮盖已足够。这是从成本角度考虑。很多工作用比例阀已可以,但从前用伺服阀,现在的也限着用而已。
