任职要求:	Required Qualifications:Requires an accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience and excellent analytical skills. Incumbents have usually gained 2 to 4 years experience and have exhibited ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments. Must have ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well employees in other units, customers and suppliers. Desireable Qualifications: Hydraulic Experience
工作职责:	The duties for this position may include any or all of the following focusing on low-cost hydraulic cylinder and its components: perform needs analysis and initiate ideas; evaluate new products, processes or systems; communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, contribute to the design of new products and processes; perform product and process maintenance; collaborate with and support other engineers, managers, marketing personnel, customers and suppliers, and represent company externally.Major challenges facing incumbents are meeting goals for cost, reliability and performance. This position must keep up-to-date on changing customer requirements as the project progresses. Key areas of responsibility encountered in this role may include any or all of the following hydraulic cylinder and its components design; analytical simulations, conducting design reviews and FMEAs ; communicate technical information to customers, team members, and suppliers.
