求助AMESim安装问题

各位好啊，我装的是AMESim9，装好以后不能打开进入软件，请求解决的办法，错误如下
userprofile enviroment variable set to directory that does not exist or is inaccessible, this is not normal
想请教下怎么解决？谢谢各位了
