如果我删除顶部的两个主题，粘性，没人看过几个月，可以吗？
我想用两个其他主题来替换两个顶级粘性主题。
1.如何提出有关设计液压伺服系统的问题。 我想提供我/我们需要快速回答问题的数据列表，而不必提出很多问题。
2.关于公式的主题。 如何使用VCCM方程计算固有频率和最大速度。

Is it ok if I remove two topics that on on the top, sticky,  that no one has looked at for months?
I would like to replace two top sticky topics with two other topics.
1.  How to ask a question about designing a hydraulic servo system.  I want to provide a list of data I/we need to answer the question quickly without having to ask a lot of questions.
2.  A topic about formulas.   How to calculate the natural frequency and the maximum velocity using the VCCM equation.

VCCM应该是计算最大速度，固有频率不是用VCCM计算，中文翻译不是太正确
