我无法登录工作。

在家里，我得到滑动拼图测试或匹配字符测试。
在工作中我只会得到关于我母亲姓名，父亲姓名的问题。
我从未输入过这些名字，所以我无法通过测试。 我需要有图片的测试。

I cannot login at work.

At home I get the sliding puzzle test or the match character tests.
At work I only get questions about my mother’s name, father’s name.
I never entered these names so I can’t past the tests.  I need the tests where there are pictures.
