Qualification (Skills/Experience/Education)
1.Master degree or above in mechanical engineering with focus hydraulics (or comparable)
机械工程液压相关专业 硕士学历或以上
2.At least 2 years professional experience in adaquat position (preferably in manufacturing industry)
至少2年相关工作经验（制造行业尤佳）
3.Good computer skills
良好的计算机操作技能
4.Good spoken and written English skills
良好的英语口语、书写能力
5.Good communication and coordination skills
良好的沟通和协调能力

除第四项不行，我可以报名吗？

Job Responsibilities
1.CAD work
CAD制作
2.Functional layout
功能布局
3.Material selection
物料选择
4.Static & dynamic hydraulic calculations
静态&动态水力计算
5.Finite Element Modelling (FEM) and simulation
有限要素模型和模拟
6.Utilize guiding principles (e.g. norms & standards)
利用指导原则（例如准则&规范）
7.Define and evaluate experimental tests (incl. validation)
确定评估实验测试（包括验证）
8.Guide indepently other junior design engineers
独立指导其他设计工程师
如果只有两年工作年限，不可能具备上述八条，尤其还要独立指导其他设计工程师工作，我三十年应该问题不大。
