环境变量或者路径没设置好吧，重新设置一遍试试

Matlab安装问题，Matlab的安装路径上有空格
卸掉重新安装

应该不是这个问题。我的是win7系统

你确定Matlab的安装路径没有空格？

请问AMESim10.0需要哪个版本的Microsoft Visual C ，我需要用simulink

有空格。但是我同学的都可以，我的就不可以

在AMESim的help文档中有关于simstruc.h文件错误提示的产生原因和解决办法，看一下吧
