Mainresponsibility

●Develophydraulic system for new products such as wheel loader-HL850S,excavator-R75-V/R130-V;

●Track theprocess of proto and solve related issues;

●Do theengineering changes with Korean colleagues and ensure all global distributed factories carrying out completely;

●Localizethe existing products,manage to raise productivity and bring down the costs;

●Reviewand approve the drawing offered by supplier and regular checking their manufacturing process;

●Make theBOM of new product and organize design referenced documents according to ISO 9000;

●Regularlyvisit main customers to collect problems and analysis the reasons toimprove   the qualities;

●Befamiliar with many domestic and overseas mainstream hydraulic components and choose the appropriate productsexactly;Especially due to company's asse-      mbly training,know well about interior structure andworking rationale such as pump、swing motor、  MCV(main control valve)、cartridge valve,etc;

●Know wellabout many ISO、SAE standards inhydraulic field such as Fitting、Rubber    Hose、Pipe、Subplate Valve,etc;

●Befamiliar with fluid control、piping layout and theselection of hose、pipe dimension；

●Know wellabout normal engineering material characteristics and surface treatment;

●Applydesign handbook proficiently and improve the rate of standard parts inproducts   to lower the cost.
